You know what I like most about this video? Everyone Linus talks to kinda give generic or funny answers when he asks what they do. And then without fail, Linus immediately rattles off 3 succinct and important reasons for why each of them was hired and continue to be employed. Really goes to show Linus actually gives a shit to know about his staff and what makes each of them unique, and he's a better boss because of it.
